This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!
Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_enh_paper6 resize this by 18% using smartsize, c/p as a new layer and add a mask of choice I used BtflyFlbyMask4
Now lets open ial_enh_frame2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 35% now click inside that frame with your magic wand, selections modify expand by 8 and selections invert, open ial_enh_paper6 resize this by 18% using smartsize, c/p as a new layer hit delete and leave selected, now lets open ial_enh_grass, c/p as a new layer resize this by 30% move over towards the left just a little bit, hit delete and leave selected, now paste this as a new image and then mirror, copy this mirrored image and paste as a new layer and the resize this by 30% and move this over towards the right, hit delete, leave selected still, Now lets open ial_enh_mushroom1 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% now arrange this layer below one of your grass layers and arrange to your liking, open ial_enh_mushroom 2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% as well, arrange this layer below your other mushroom and arrange it with the other mushroom, now lets open ial_enh_tree c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% arrange to your liking, paste it again resizing again by 20% this time drag it down enough to where it looks like a bush not a tree, (continue hitting delete and leaving selected) now open ial_enh_floral_spray c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% arrange to your liking, I also rotated this by 90% to the right (all layers Checked BEFORE I c/p again) resize by 20% and arrange over your grassy area, go back to the one you just rotated go image mirror and copy it again paste as a new layer and resize by 20% again arrange it over your grassy area, (continue leaving selected and hitting delete to rid of excess outside the frame) Now lets open ial_enh_lantern c/p as a new layer resize this by 18% arrange this layer to right below your grass layer but above your "Bush" layer hit delete, leave selected, now lets open ial_enh_chair c/p as a new layer resize this by 13% arrange on top of the grassy hill under your tree, now open ial_enh_book_pile c/p as a new layer and resize this by 4% arrange near your chair, now open ial_enh_rabbit c/p as a new layer resize this by 4% arrange near your book pile, (you are still selected at this point) now lets open ial_enh_hat2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% and set it on top of your book pile, now lets open ial_enh_stardust c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15% and arrange this layer right above your paper layer, hit delete, now if you are satisfied with your element placements etc, select none I did duplicate my bunny and then mirrored the image, arranged the duplicated bunny layer to where it was below the grass layer (The top grass layer) and placed it near my mushroom houses, add a drop shadow of choice to all your elements,now add a tube or tubes of choice, One more thing to add to your tag, Open ial_enh_ladder c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to the top resize by 8% and place on the bottom left of your frame, (Use my tag as an example) hide your white background layer and merge visiable.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
