Tube of choice, I used Elias Chatzoudis and Rion Vernon
Scrap kit of choice, I used My Hero by Pimp'd Designz
Font of choice, I used Sovba Regular
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, 
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open pd13-pp-01 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used 220InsatiableDreams Mask, Merge group

open pd13-fence-01 c/p as a new layer, go back to your mask
layer using the magic wand click outside the mask, now go to the
fence layer and hit delete, select none.open pd13-frame-06 c/p
as a new layer, click inside the frame opening expand by 5 invert
open pd13-pp-05 c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit delete
select none, now open pd13-leaves-01 c/p as a new layer,right
above the fence layer, resize by 80% rotate right by 90% duplicate
and mirror, now paste again resize by 75% and flip, duplicate 2 times
and place along the bottom of the frame, open pd13-cloth-strips c/p
as a new layer, bring to the top resize by 75% open pd13-flower-04
c/p as a new layer resize by 75% open pd13-flower-01 c/p as a new
layer, place below the cloth strips layer, open pd13-flower-03 c/p as
a new layer resize by 75% open pd13-ribbon-03 c/p as a new layer
right above the frame layer, open pd13-ribbon-01 c/p as a new layer
rotate to the right by 5%. Open pd13-staple c/p as a new layer and
"staple" the paper flower with star to the cloth strips, now open
pd13-dog-tag-02 c/p as a new layer, below the cloth strips, resize
by 55% and rotate right by 21%, open pd13-chain-01 c/p as a
new layer below the light green flower layer, open pd13-button-01
c/p as a new layer, bring to the top, now pd13-star-01 c/p as a
new layer, resize by 55% rotate left by 21%  now open pd13-flower-02
c/p as a new layer above the leaves layer and place near the left of the
frame, now add a drop shadow and tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visble

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
