Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open elash_pumpkin11 resize by 19% and c/p as
a new layer apply a mask of choice,
I used FallMask3byJenny

Now open elash_pumpkin_frame c/p as a new layer, resize
by 25% and then rotate to the left by 6% grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and
then invert, open elash_pumpkin01 resize by 19%
c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete, select
none, Now open elash_pumpkin_tree, c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask, resize by 18% and
place near the right of the frame, now lets open
elash_pumpkin_wagon c/p as a new layer, bring to the
top, resize by 17% and then mirror, now lets open
elash_pumpkin_haybale, c/p as a new layer and resize by
12% I placed mine below the wagon layer and "IN" it
I duplicated it and brought this one to the top and placed
it near the left of the frame, I then duplicated again and
rotated this one to the right by 36% and "leaned" it against
the other bale, Now open elash_pumpkin_cornstalk c/p as
a new layer resize by 18% arrange below the haybale
layers, duplicate and mirror and place back with the other
Now open elash_pumpkin_corn c/p as a new layer
resize by 22% now rotate to the right by 15%, add it
to your corn stalks, I duplicated and mirrored it, I did this
a few times, adding them to each stalk. I also made a small
pile in front of my haybales, Now lets open
elash_pumpkins_Pumpkin5, 7, and 9 (or your choice)
c/p each and then resize them by about 12%, Now
open elash_pumpkins_crow c/p as a new layer and
resize by 18%, I arranged a few around my tag,
Now open elash_pumpkins_sunflower c/p as a new
layer and resize by 20% rotate to the left by 9, paste
again, this time resize by 15% and place with the
other sunflower, Now add a dropshadow and
tube or tubes of choice hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding
my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer,
add your name and copy right information and
Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,

Open Paper6 and resize by 19% (I ALWAYS use smartsize when
I am using a full size kt) c/p as a new layer and apply a mask
of choice, I used iassom_photomask3

Now lets open frame1 c/p as a new layer, resize this by
18%, rotate to the right by 9%, grab your magic wand
and click inside the frame, expand by 9 and then invert,
open paper12 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer below
the frame, hit delete and select none, now open the moon
c/p as a new layer, resize by 14% and place this right above
your mask layer, now open the tree c/p as a new layer,
arrange to right above the moon and resize by 15%, now
open the bat, c/p as a new layer, bring this to the top,
mirror and then resize by 14% I duplicated mine and then
mirrored and resized this one by 80%, now open the ghost
c/p as a new layer and mirror, now resize by 13%, I placed
mine so he is sitting on the corner of the frame, now lets open
the vampire, c/p as a new layer and resize by 10%, Now open
bow1 c/p as a new layer, right above the frame layer, resize
by 22% I rotated mine to the left by 9%, now open button2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 12% and place it in the center
of the bow, now add a dropshadow of choice to your tag,
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open PDS_M-paper4 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used Becky_Mask022

Now lets open PDS_M-scatter2 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 80% and place near the top right of the mask, duplicate
flip and mirror now open PDS_M-frame2 c/p as a new layer
resize by 95% now grab your magic wand and click inside the
frame opening, expand by 9 (make sure to get the opening
between the frame and the little line too), now invert, now lets
open PDS_M-paper3 resize by 80% c/p as a new layer below
the frame and hit delete, select none, Now open PDS_M-bottle
c/p as a new layer, bring to the top and resize by 50% place
near the bottom right of the frame, Now open PDS_M-Monster2
c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% and place this below the
bottle layer, now open PDS_M-ribbon4 c/p as a new layer and
mirror, place near the top left of the frame, resize by 70%
Now lets open PDS_M-button1 c/p as a new layer and place
in the center of the bow, resize by 50% Now open PDS_M-Crayon
c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% mirror and place at the
feet of the monster, Now open PDS_M-wa2 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this to right above the paper fill layer, resize
by 65%, I changed the blend mode to luminance(L) and turned
the opacity down to about 50% Now add a dropshadow and
tube of choice to your tag, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open PDS_MLE-paper11 c/p as a new layer and resize by
90% apply a mask of choice, I used Vix_Mask189 now lets
Open PDS_MLE-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used Vix_Mask325 I then resized
this layer by 70% and then rotated it to the left by 9%

Now lets open PDS_MLE-print, c/p as a new layer, resize by 85%
and place this layer below all the mask layers, duplicate, flip and
then mirror, now open PDS_MLE-frame3 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 85%, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening,
expand by 9% and then invert, open PDS_MLE-paper6 resize by 65%
c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete, select none, now
open PDS_MLE-scatter, c/p as a new layer, again this will be below
all masks, resize by 70% place near the top left, duplicate, flip
and then mirror, Now open PDS_MLE-ribbon1 c/p as a new layer
arrange this layer to right above the frame layer and place along
the bottom frame edge,I rotated mine to the left by 9%
now lets open PDS_MLE-flower2 c/p as a new layer, arrange to
right above the frame layer, resize by 45% Now lets open
PDS_MLE-flower1 c/p as a new layer right above the
other flower layer, mirror and resize by 60%, Now lets open
PDS_MLE-heart4 c/p as a new layer,mirrro and then resize by 50%.
Now open PDS_MLE-scatter1 c/p as a new layer, again this
will be below all other layers, resize UP by 120%. Now add a
dropshadow and tube of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

open PDS_M-paper9 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used WSL_Mask267

Now lets open PDS_M-frame1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 90%
now rotate to the left by 3% Now open PDS_M-frame3 c/p as a
new layer, place below the other frame and resize by 90%
Now grab your magic wand and click inside the opening of the
top frame, expand by 9 and then invert, open PDS_M-paper5
c/p as a new layer below this frame and hit delete, select none
now lets open PDS_M-swirl2 c/p as a new layer, bring to the top
arrange towards the bottom of the frame, now lets open
PDS_M-ribbon2 c/p as a new layer, 80% and place near the
top left of the frame, now open PDS_M-leaves1 c/p as a new
layer, place this layer right above the stitched frame layer,mirror
then resize by 54% I duplicated and then and moved it down just
a bit and then rotated to the right by 9%. I duplicated the original
and then mirrored it and then rotated it to the left by 90% placing
along the bottom edge of the frame, Now lets open PDS_M-flower3
c/p as a new layer, arrange to right below the swirl layer, resize by
70%, Now open PDS_M-flower1 c/p below the other flower and
resize by 55%, now add a dropshadow of choice to your tag
and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

open pattern4 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer, apply a
mask of choice, I used Vix_Halloween2011No1

Now lets open element_frame c/p as a new layer
resize by 30% and then rotate to the left by 6% grab your
magic wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by
9 and then invert, now open pattern3 resize by 19%
and c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit delete and
select none, now open element_string, c/p as a new layer
resize by 24% and then mirror and place towards the top
left of the frame, now open element_swirl c/p as a new layer
and resize by 20% arrange to right above the mask layer
mirror and place near the top left, I duplicated, flipped
and mirrored again, now open element_pumpkin face
c/p as a new layer and resize by 30% now rotate to the
right by 6% (I added a slight gradient glow to mine, if you
dont have eyecandy4000 you can do this with the default
dropshadow in psp using a slight blur and light color)
now lets open element_spiderweb c/p as a new layer
arrange to right below your frame layer and resize by 20%
now rotate to the left by 6% I used the raster deform tool
to stretch it to fit inside my frame, now go to your paper fill
layer, select all, float, defloat, invert selection, go back to
the web layer and hit delete, select none, now open element_cat
c/p as a new layer, mirror and then resize by 18%, now open
element_ghost, c/p as a new layer and resize by 16%,
mirror and place below the cat layer, now lets open
element_candycorn c/p as a new layer, resize by 16%
I rotated mine to the right by 12% I then duplicated it
a couple times, and mirrored them and scattered them
around my frame. Now open element_staple c/p as a
new layer, mirror and then resize by 35% now open
element_wordart2 c/p as a new layer, arrange below the
staple layer and then resize by 23%, rotate to the right by
9% now open element_wordart1 c/p as a new layer arrange
below the wordart you just added, and resize by 30% and
rotate to the left by 9%. now add a dropshadow of choice
and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.(I added the same gradient glow to my swirls)
