Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open DI-Paper2 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used WSL_Mask306 merge group. I rotated mine to the right by
21% open sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_pp10 c/p as a new layer below
that mask and apply another mask of choice this time I used
HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 19 I resized this up by 120%

Now open sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_frame 6 c/p as a new layer
resize by 75%. now grab your magic wand click inside the frame
opening and expand by 9, invert and open pd13-pp-04 c/p as a
new layer below the frame, hit delete, select none, now open
DI_Bat c/p as a new layer and resize by 33% and rotate to the
left by 15% and then mirror it, now open pd13-swirl-01 c/p as a
new layer, mirror arrange above the skull mask layer and resize
by 45 and rotate to the left by 90% I pasted it again and
resize again by 45 and placed on the left of the frame,
open DI_Pumpkin c/p as a new layer below the bat layer,
resize by 55% now open pd13-flair-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 36% and rotate left by 21% now open treat bag
from GG part of the kit, resize by 36% place right above
the pumpkin layer and arrange to your liking, now open
sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_flower 1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 58% arrange layer to right above the masks layers
now open bow2 from GG part c/p as a new layer, arrange
right above the frame layer, open flower 2 from GG's Part
and c/p with the other flower layer, resize by 85% now open
pd13-flower-02 c/p as a new layer arrange to right above the
orange flower layer, now add a drop shadow and a tube of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open waw_haunting_paper10 resize by 750x750
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice
I used Vix_BigMask001 merge group

Now open waw_haunting_blackstringframe and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 30% now grab your
magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 7 and invert open waw_haunting_paper3
resize by 750x750 and c/p as a new layer below
the frame hit delete and select none, now open
waw_haunting_tree silhouette c/p as a new layer
place above the mask layer and resize by 18%
now open waw_haunting_leaves c/p as a new
layer and resize by 21% and then mirror now
rotate to the left by 30%  paste again and resize
the same now rotate to the right by 46% now
open waw_haunting_blackricrac c/p as a new layer
rotate to the right by 90% and then resize by
21% open waw_haunting_black flower2 c/p as
a new layer and resize by 21% I duplicated 2 times
and placed one below the frame and fill layer,
now open waw_haunting_flower orange c/p as
a new layer resize by 23% I duplicated it and
placed one below the frame and fill layer as well
now open waw_haunting_black gingham bow
c/p as a new layer and resize by 42% now
mirror and then rotate to the left by 90%
open waw_haunting_white button c/p as a
new layer and resize by 26% and rotate to
the left by 12. Open waw_haunting_boo c/p
as a new layer and resize by 18% arrange to
right above the ric rac layer, now add a drop
shadow and a tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

Open your template and duplicate close the original
Now resize your canvas by 750x550 I like room to work lol
refill the white background layer with white, and then delete
the copyright info, I like this template because it is a simple
template but with a kit has lots of possiblities

Lets go to the scallop layer and add paper 6 from the kit
resize by 750x750 (21%) smartsize and c/p as a new layer
delete the original layer, go to the template layer left frame
background and add paper 4 from the kit again resize like above
do this to each frame background layer of the template
(deleting the original layer as you go) now go to the left frame
template layer and add paper 6 again like above resize the paper
and do this on each of the frame layers of the template
deleting each template original layer as you go. now go to the
left frame fill layer of the template and add paper3 this time do
not delete the original layer of the template, turn the opacity on
the paper layer down to about 80% do this for each of the frame
fill layers. Now delete the template doodle layers (all of them)
open element16 from the kit, c/p as a new layer and resize by
18% and rotate to the left by 9% arrange to your liking.
open element6 from the kit and c/p as a new layer, resize by
28% then rotate to the right by 21% and place it on the bow
of the string. Now open paper 4 and c/p as a new layer right
above the white background layer and apply a mask of choice
I used Artmama Mask 06 and merge group, now open element29
c/p as a new layer right above the mask layer, rotate to the
left by 90% and resize by 18% and place to the top right
duplicate, flip and mirror, now open element 28 and c/p as
a new layer, resize by 18% place at the top left, duplicate,
flip and mirror. now open element 1 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 22% and then rotate to the left by 9% and place on your
tag of the ribbon, now add a dropshadow and tube or tubes
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open PDS_L-paper4 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used AR_mask315_174, I duplicated mine and merged the two

Now lets open PDS_L-frame4 c/p as a new layer,resize by 92%
Now open PDS_L-frame2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% rotate
to the left by 7%, now go back to frame 4 duplicate and bring to the
top, now erase what you want hidden by the polaroid frame, now go
to the polaridi frame layer and grab your magic wand, click inside
the opening and expand by 9, invert, open PDS_L-paper9 c/p below
this layer and hit delete, select none, open PDS_L-swirl1 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 68% and then rotate right by 90%, now open
PDS_L-flower3 c/p as a new layer, resize by 80% and mirror,
now open PDS_L-flower2 c/p as a new layer, mirror and rotate
left by 36%, resize by 65%, now open PDS_L-heart2 c/p as a
new layer, resize by 65%. Now open PDS_L-button2 c/p as a
new layer, arrange below the flower layers, resize by 65%,
Now open PDS_L-frame1 c/p as a new layer right above the
mask layer, Now open PDS_L-bow2 c/p as a new layer, mirror
and then resize by 65% , now open PDS_L-gems c/p as a new
layer, resize by 50% and then rotate to the left by 36%
now open PDS_L-heart1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 56%
arrange right above the circle frame COPY layer, rotate
to the right by 9%, grab your magic wand, click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9 and invert, now open
PDS_L-paper1 c/p as a new layer below this frame, hit delete
select none, now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open evakipler-sweetcaroline-pp3 resize by 19%
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice,
I used Kris Mask 29

Now open the sequin spill from the kit and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 30% now rotate to
the right by 90% (I placed this layer above the frame
and ribbons I added) now open the orange frame from
the kit c/p as a new layer and resize by 30% and t
hen rotate to the left by 6% grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening expand
by 9 and make a new layer below the frame,
fill with white, leave selected and invert, open paper 1,
resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer, (above the white fill layer)
hit delete and select none,now turn the opacity down
a bit now lets open the 3 flowers that match in this
mini kit, c/p each as a new layer, resize them by 46%
and arrange to your liking, now open the Butterfly
from the kit and c/p as a new layer, resize by 23% and
arrange to your liking, now open heart 1 and heart 3 c/p
as a new layer and resize them by 30% and arrange
to your liking now open
ribbon 1 and 2 c/p as new layers, right above the
frame layer and resize by 30% rotate one to the left by 9%
now add the Wordart I supplied and a dropshadow
and a tube of choice hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

open paper2 from the kit, resize by 19% (750x750)
c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice, I used
Kris mask 50

Now lets open the frame from the kit (elmt1) c/p as a new
layer and resize by 30% now rotate to the right by 8
grab your magic wand and cllick inside the opening and expand
by 9, invert and open paper 3 resize by 19% and c/p
as a new layer below the frame, hit delete and select none
now lets open element14 c/p as a new layer and resize by
24% and rotate to the right by 90%, now open element11
c/p as a new layer, resize by 24% and then rotate to the right
by 12. now lets open element 15 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 14%, now mirror, I duplicated and flipped mine
now open element 10 c/p as a new layer, resize by 22%
arrange over the leaves, now open element 7 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 28%. Now open element 12 and c/p as
a new layer, resize by 30% I flipped mine and placed it below
the purple flower layer,now open element 13 and c/p as a new
layer, arrange to right above the frame layer and resize by
22% now mirror and rotate to the right by 23% duplicate
and rotate this one to the right by 90%. Now open element 17
c/p as a new layer, resize by 30% and rotate to the right by
76% arrange right above the curled wood layer, I duplicated
mine and mirrored it, then resized it by 80%, and then
rotated it to the left by 15% and I also used the gamma
correction tool to lighten both a bit. now open element 19
c/p as a new layer, resize by 18% and rotate to the left by
15%, now paste again this time resize by 15% and mirror
rotate to the right by 15% place both near your flowers,
now open element 30 c/p right above your frame layer
resize by 25%, I pasted it again this time resize by 28%
and rotated it to the right by 45% now add a dropshadow
and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open MdGroot_Prego_Paper_07 resize by 20%
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice,
I used Kris Mask 50

Now open MdGroot_Prego_Frame1 c/p as a new layer
resize by 28% now rotate to the right by 98%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 9 and invert, open MdGroot_Prego_Paper01
resize by 20% and c/p as a new layer below the frame
hit delete and select none. Now open MdGroot_Prego_frame2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 24% place right above
your mask layer, I then used the rastor deform tool and
squished it from side to side and then stretched it up a bit
too. Now open MdGroot_Prego_Leaf1 c/p as a new layer
resize by 18% and rotate to the right by 21% place this
right below the frame fill layer, I duplicated this layer
brought it to the top and rotated it back to the left by 21%
I then duplicated again and flipped it, then rotated that one
to the left by 115%, Now open MdGroot_Prego_flower1
c/p as a new layer, resize by 30%, Now paste again
this time resize by 25% and mirror,and flip, now lets open
MdGroot_Prego_flower2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 37%
and arrange below your smaller rope flower, now open
MdGroot_Prego_button1 c/p as a new layer resize by 50%
place with your flowers, Open MdGroot_Prego_button2 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 50% place with the other button
Now open MdGroot_Prego_ribbon1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 17% rotate to the right by 93% arrange below
all your flower layers, now open MdGroot_Prego_ribbon2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 17% and rotate to the
right by 78% again arrange right below the flowers layers
now open MdGroot_Prego_circlespray c/p as a new layer
arrange this right above the mask layer, resize by 19%
arrange towards the left of your frame, I duplicated mine
and rotated it to the right by 80%, then duplicated and flipped
and mirrored this, arranging both at the bottom of the frame
now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open JD paper 1 resize by 20% and c/p as a new layer
apply artmama mask 06 merge group, paste the paper
again this time apply mask gabeemask38. merge group,
now go to the artmama layer and turn the opacity down
on the layer to about 60%, and using the raster deform
tool go to the gabee mask layer and squish it down a bit
in height, now grab your selection tool set on rectangle
and add (shift) and select inside the "frames" of the
mask, invert selection and then open JD paper2 resize
by 20% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and select
none, change the blend mode to luminance,

Now open JD element 4 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 35% now rotate to the right by 12% now grab your
magic wand and click inside the frame opening, (make sure
you get the shadowed area too) modify and expand by
9 and then invert, now open JD paper 1 resize by 20% and
c/p below the frame and hit delete select none. now open
JD element 13a c/p as a new layer and resize by 34% and then
rotate to the right by 24% now open JD element 13 and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 36% then mirror, place with
the other ribbon, now open JD element 18 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 24% now mirror and then flip, now
rotate to the right by 24% I used my freehand selection
tool to select some to delete on the far left, now open
JD element 18c c/p as a new layer and resize by 20%
now mirror and then rotate to the right by 12%, Now
open JD element 11a c/p as a new layer resize by 32%
and mirror, duplicate and mirror, now open JD element 11
c/p as a new layer, arrange below the second white flower
layer, and resize by 32% now paste again this time
resize by 36% and place below the first white flower layer
and then mirror, now open JD element 15 c/p as a new
layer bring to the top and resize by 12% and place in the
center of the top flower, Now add a dropshadow and tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

Open the templates I supplies, the signature template is a little
larger than most due to I like to have room to work, you can
resize when you are done with your tag,

delete the copyright layer on the template and begin with
the background layer, (raster1) select all and open paper4
resize by 35% and c/p as a new layer, invert selections
and hit delete, now go to the dots layer, select all, float
and defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with a color that
matches the kit or colors of your tube you are using, I used
#6b4009, deselect and delete the original dots layer,
now go to your vine layer and do the same as above,
you can use a paper or add a new layer and fill, I used
paper1 from the kit, select none and delete the original layer
now lets go to the box frame 4 layer, select all, float and defloat
invert selection and open paper3 from the kit, resize by 21%
and c/p as a new layer, hit delete, select none and delete
the original layer, do this for that rest of the box frames,
now lets go to the frame layer, select all, float, defloat,and add
a new layer, fill with #6b4009 or a paper of choice, and select none
delete the original layer, now grab your magic wand and click outside
the frame and then invert, go up and crop to selection,
Now on my line's layers, I selected all, floated and then defloat
on line one I added a new layer and filled with #6b4009
on line two I added a new layer and filled with #e8a436
I also added a few elements from the kit to my sig tag
I added the bee, I resized it by 12% and then rotated it to
the left by 18% I duplicated and mirrored it, I resized this one
by 80% and then rotated it to the right by 18% I also added
the beehive to my tag, I placed this layer right above the bottom
paper layer and resized it by 60% and placed it towards the far
right, Now open the sunflower and c/p as a new layer, again
this is just above the bottom paper layer, resize by 35% and
place to your liking, now I added a bit of noise to my main
frame layer, set to about 50% I did the same on the 2 lines
now add a dropshadow of choice I used a big but light dropshadow
Now add a tube or tubes of choice, merge visible.

Now for the avatar, I used the same colors and papers as
I did for the signature tag, but you can always change it
to what you want to use,

new layer, bring to the top and mirror, resize by 33%
and then rotate to the left by 6 place near the top of the
frame, open zpearn-swetlittlething-ep-flower3 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 60% duplicate and flip,now open
zpearn-swetlittlething-ep-flower5 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 60% duplicate and flip, and then open
zpearn-swetlittlething-ep-flower1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 33% I arranged all near the bottom right of
my frame, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

either place it on the top of the snowman body
like on my tag, or beside it like it is not done yet
now lets open tiram_jingle_bell_el1 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 16%, now lets open
tiram_jingle_bell_el2 c/p as a new layer, this
will be below your snowman layer and then
resize by 16%, rotate to the right by 12
I duplicated mine a couple times and resized
them to look like a small stand of trees,
go to your paper layer and select outside the
paper, and then go back to your tree's layers
and hit delete, select none, now lets open
tiram_jingle_bell_el8 c/p as a new layer and
bring to the top, resize by 15% I changed the
color of mine by using hue and sat both set to
0 and then using manual color correction tool
set at 0 255 73 with #920000 as my main color
I then used gamma correction to lighten it just a
bit, now open tiram_jingle_bell_el10 c/p as a new
layer, arrange to right above the mask layer and
then resize by 15%, place near the top left, duplicate
and mirror, now open tiram_jingle_bell_el4 c/p as
a new layer, bring to the top and resize by 5 now
rotate to the right by 58, now lets open
tiram_jingle_bell_el3 c/p as a new layer, move
below the other ornament and resize by 5
now open my wordart, and c/p as a new layer
or create your own. you can now add a tube of
choice or leave it as is, add a dropshadow of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open pd-pp-10 c/p as a new layer and add a mask of choice
I used Vix_Mask428 now I added pd-pp-02 c/p as a new layer
and add a mask of choice I used Vix_mask433

Now lets open pd-frame-01 c/p as a new layer, resize by 87%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 9 and then invert, open pd-pp-02 c/p as a new layer
below the frame and hit delete, select none. Now open pd-swirl02
c/p as a new layer right above your masks layers, move towards
the top of the frame, duplicate, mirror and flip, now lets open
pd-swirl-01 c/p as a new layer, this time bring to the top and
place along the bottom edge of the frame, now lets open
pd-snowflake-01 c/p as a new layer, arrange below the frame
and above the paper fill, I duplicated and flipped mine and turned
the opacity down to 40 on each, now go to the paper fill layer,
grab your magic wand and click outside the paper layer go back
to the two snowflake layers and hit delete on each, select none,
now lets open pd-wa-02 c/p as a new layer and bring to the
top, add a dropshadow of choice to your wordart and your
frame and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open pd11-pp-01 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used gh_grungeframe11mask_bunnysatticdotcom
and good square frame type mask will work well

Now lets open pd11-tree2 and c/p as a new layer,
open pd11-border-01 c/p as a new layer, resize by 85%
I used my raster deform tool to stretch it out a tiny
bit and then squished it a bit, place near the bottom
of the frame area, now using the selection tool select
the inside frame area on your tag, and then open
pd11-town c/p as a new layer, I resized mine up to
120%, now invert and hit delete and select none, move
this layer below your tree layer (right above your mask)
Now open pd11-branch-01 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 55% place towards the bottom left of the tag, duplicate
and mirror, now rotate to the left by 90%, duplicate and
mirror, make a small cluster of all these on the left of the
frame area, now open pd11-frame-01 c/p as a new layer
below your greenery, resize by 35%, now lets open
pd11-flower-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45%
now open pd11-heart-01 c/p as a new layer below
the flower and resize by 45% and then rotate to the
right by 45% now open pd11-socks c/p as a new layer
and resize by 45% and place as the top layer, now open
pd11-string-01 c/p as a new layer below your heart
layer, now open pd11-snowman c/p as a new layer
this time it is at the top again, resize by 55% and
then mirror, now open pd11-ribbon-02 c/p as a new
layer and then mirror, resize by 55% and place on
the little socks, now open pd11-print-01 c/p as a new
layer right above your tree layer, place towards the
top left, duplicate and mirror and place towards the
bottom right, now add a dropshadow and tube or tubes
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice, I used
Beckymask_22

Now open SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_frame3 c/p as a
new layer resize by 26% now rotate to the right by 12%
now open SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_frame c/p as a new
layer and resize by 34% now move the round frame up to
the left a bit, I then duplicated it and moved this to the
top, I erased all that I didnt want on top of the square
frame, now grab your magic wand and click inside the
square frame opening expand by 9 and open a paper
of choice, I used SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_Bgd12
resized by 19% hit delete and select none, now lets
open SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_buttontree c/p as a new
layer and resize by 28% and place on the right of the
frame, now open SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_ribbon2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 18% and place at
the bottom edge of the tag, now lets open
SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_swirl2 c/p as a new layer
place this below your tree layer and resize by 18%
I recolored mine with these settings hue126 and sat40
now open SherwoodSt_WintersBreath_flower and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 27% and place this below
the swirl layer paste again this time resize by 18%
and bring to the top, now add a dropshadow of choice
to your elements, (I did not add one to the duplicated
layer of the oval frame) and a tube or tubes of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

open WT_paper2 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used WSL_mask208

Now open WT_frame3 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 35%, rotate to the left by 6, grab your magic wand
and click inside the frame opening and expand by 9
invert, open WT_paper11 resize by 19% and c/p as
a new layer below the frame, hit delete and select none.
Open WT_photocorner, c/p as a new layer, resize by 18%
and rotate to the left by 6, place at the top left of your
frame, Now open WT_snowflakes c/p as a new layer
place this right above your mask layer and resize by
26%, I duplicated and mirrored mine. I moved the
duplicated layer to the top, Now lets open WT_trees
c/p as a new layer,resize by 18% and mirror, now
open WT_ornament8 c/p as a new layer, arrange
below the photocorner layer and resize by 24%
and place hanging from behind the photocorner,
open WT_ornament7 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 30% place with your other ornament, you will
need to erase any of the extra string showing above
the photocorner, Now lets Open WT_ornament5 c/p
as a new layer and resize this one by 22% place with
the other ornaments, I duplicated and mirrored mine
Now Open WT_star1 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 6% and place on top to the taller tree, do the
same with another star of choice, placing it on the
shorter tree, (you may need to resize a BIT smaller)
when you are happy with your tag add a dropshadow
of choice, and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the
white background layer and merge visible.

Now open CJ_Frame1 c/p as a new layer and resize

CJ_paper3 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer
below the frame, hit delete select none, now open
CJ_string4 c/p as a new layer and resize by 30%
place at the top of the frame, now lets open each
of the stockings and c/p as new layers, resize each
by 12% I hung mine down the left side of the frame
now open CJ_tree2 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 20% I used the raster deform tool to stretch it
a BIT taller, open CJ_santa and c/p as a new layer,
resize by 20% place near your tree, now open
CJ_pineneedles c/p as a new layer, place right
above your mask layer and resize by 20%
I duplicated and flipped mine then I duplicated
both and mirrored both, I arrange all along the
bottom edge of my frame, now open CJ_leaf1
c/p as a new layer rotate to the left by 90%
and then resize by 27% arrange above the
other greenery, and then duplicate and mirror,
now open CJ_dust1 and c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by 27%, move to the top left of the
tag. duplicate and mirror and then flip, now add
a dropshodow and tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

by 15% and c/p as a new layer, arrange to your liking, I
duplicated mine and placed one near the top left and one
near the bottom right. Now open WinterMagic_element70
c/p as a new layer and resize by 30% now lets open
WinterMagic_element24 and c/p as a new layer, resize by
12% Now open WinterMagic_element23 c/p as a new layer
resize by 30% now open WinterMagic_element14 c/p as
a new layer resize by 29% I pasted it again this time resized
by 34% and mirrored it, placed it below the clock layer,
now open WinterMagic_element71 c/p as a new layer,
place below your branch layer and mirror, then resize by
30% I pasted mine again and resized this one by 44%
and then mirrored and rotated to the right by 15 again
this is below the branch layer, I duplicated the original
one and then flipped it, and then rotated to the right
by90%, then duplicated this one and mirrored it, then
rotated it to the right by 18%. now lets open
WinterMagic_element17 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 25% and flip it, arrange above the branch layer,
now open WinterMagic_element29 c/p as a new layer
resize by 25%, place to your liking, now lets open
WinterMagic_element34 c/p as a new layer, resize by
25% place below your pinecone layer, now lets open
WinterMagic_element47 c/p as a new layer, resize by
25% arrange below the pinecones, Now lets open
WinterMagic_element68 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 14% place below your pinecone layer, now open
WinterMagic_element54 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 14% mirror and place to your liking, now
open WinterMagic_element27 c/p as a new layer
resize by 33% I placed this layer below the clock
layer and put it on a piece of the greenery, now
open WinterMagic_element43 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 12% and then mirror this, now lets
open WinterMagic_element63 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 33% arrange this to right above the
white leaves layer, now add a dropshadow of choice
and a tube of choice to your elements, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit delete and
select none, now open element_38 c/p as a new layer
arrange above the mask layer and then resize by 22%
duplicate and mirror, now paste again this time bring to the
top and resize by 25% and then rotate to the right by 12
now open element_14 c/p as a new layer, resize by
20% I duplicated mine a few times and made a flower
cluster,now open element_22 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 18% and then rotate to the right by 26% and place
with your flowers, Now open element 18 c/p as a new layer
again this is below your frame and paper, resize by 20%
I duplicated and mirrored mine then rotated it to the left
by 90%, now open element_13 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 12% place below your flower layers and then rotate to
the right by 18% I duplicated and mirrored mine, now open
element_27 c/p as a new layer below the frame and above
the paper, resize by 18%, now open element_26 and c/p as
a new layer, bring to the top and resize by 16% now rotate
to the right by 45% arrange with your flowers, now open
element_34 c/p as a new layer and resize by 19% place to
your liking, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
and merge visible.

and rotate to the right by 45% and place this below the first one
you added, now open ER30 c/p as a new layer and mirror,resize
by 18% and bring to the top, now duplicate and mirror and
rotate to the left by 90% place both on the right side of your
frame, now open ER5 c/p as a new layer, resize by 14% and
then rotate to the right by 36% now open ER19 I erased the
string and c/p as a new layer resize by 20% and then mirrored
it, Now open ER14 again erase the string, c/p as a new layer
and resize by 20% and rotate to the right by 90% and move
below the package layer, now open ER20 c/p as a new layer
resize by 16 and arrange this to right above the white leaves
you added, and then rotate to the right by 18%. now lets
open ER11 c/p as a new layer and resize by 12% and then
rotate to the right by 8 and place at the top of the frame,
when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of
choice and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

and click inside the frame, expand by 9 and then invert,
open paper12 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer below
the frame, hit delete and select none, now open the moon
c/p as a new layer, resize by 14% and place this right above
your mask layer, now open the tree c/p as a new layer,
arrange to right above the moon and resize by 15%, now
open the bat, c/p as a new layer, bring this to the top,
mirror and then resize by 14% I duplicated mine and then
mirrored and resized this one by 80%, now open the ghost
c/p as a new layer and mirror, now resize by 13%, I placed
mine so he is sitting on the corner of the frame, now lets open
the vampire, c/p as a new layer and resize by 10%, Now open
bow1 c/p as a new layer, right above the frame layer, resize
by 22% I rotated mine to the left by 9%, now open button2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 12% and place it in the center
of the bow, now add a dropshadow of choice to your tag,
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
and merge visible.
