Scrap kit of choice, I used AM Series "Kit2"
Font of choice, I used Powderworks BBK
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open pd12-pp-03 c/p as a new layer apply a round mask of choice
I used AR315_CMC_mask88 now lets
Open pd12-pp-05 and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice
I used mask by sue 1, I did the same with pd12-pp-01 I then mirrored
this one, I resized both down a bit, I resized the black heart mask
by 82% and rotated to the right by 9. I resized the pink heart mask
by 70% and rotated left by 12. This mask will be above the frame
you add,

Now open pd12-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, and flip, resize by
88% and then rotate right by 9%, I duplicated, and mirrored mine
now grab your magic wand click inside the top frame opening
and expand by 9 now invert, open pd12-pp-04 c/p as a new layer
below the frame, hit delete and select none, now do the same
with the bottom frame layer, now lets open pd12-flower-02 c/p
as a new layer, resize by 88% flip, now open pd12-flower-01 c/p
as a new layer, resize by 88%, now open pd12-heart-02 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 60% and rotate right by 9. Now lets open
pd12-glitter-01 c/p as a new layer, arrange above the black
heart mask, duplicate, flip, and then duplicate again and mirror,
I pasted it once more right above the black flower, I resized it
by 50% , Now open pd12-ribbon-05 c/p as a new layer, mirror
and resize by 88% place on the bottom frame at the top, open
pd12-ribbon-02 c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 88% two
times, rotate left by 9%. now add a dropshadow and tube of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open pd12-pp-03 c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice
I used MC_Mask5

Now open pd12-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, rotate to the left by
9 and resize by 90%, grab your magic wand, click inside the opening
and expand by 9, invert, open pd12-pp-04 c/p as a new layer below
the frame, hit delete and select none, now open pd12-stitching-01
c/p as a new layer, now open pd12-ribbon-03 c/p as a new layer
place along the bottom edge of the frame, and under the stitching
layer, now open pd12-flower-02 c/p as a new layer, resize by 62%
I duplicated and flipped this, I moved this layer below the other
flower, now open pd12-flower-01 c/p as a new layer, resize by
62%, I duplicated mine and moved it down to right above the mask
layer, now add a tube and dropshadow of choice, hide the
white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open pd12-pp-05
apply mask of choice, I used lmask146
now duplicate and merge the two

Now open pd12-frame-03 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 90% grab your magic wand click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and invert, now open pd12-pp-01
c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit delete and select
none, now open pd12-flower-03 c/p as a new layer
resize by 85% and rotate right by 65% arrange along
the bottom of the frame, duplicate and resize this by
70% (I used gamma correction to brighten it up a bit)
I then rotated it right by 12% I duplicated and flipped this
arranging all together along the bottom of the frame,
now open pd12-leaf-01 c/p as a new layer, resize by
68% arrange towards the left of the frame and right
above the frame layer, now I duplicated mine a few times
rotating them and flipping and mirroring then to make
a small cluster, now open pd12-flower-04 c/p as a
new layer, resize by 78% place with your leaves,
now open pd12-flower-01 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 80% I darkened mine a bit with gamma control,
now open pd12-flower-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 64%, arrange all the flowers to your liking
now open pd12-charm-01 c/p as a new layer, I changed
the hue and sat to 0/0 on mine, now open pd12-glitter-01
c/p as a new layer right above the mask layer, resize by
74% move it up and towards the left, duplicate and place
this one near the bottom right, now add a new layer
right above the mask layer and apply some brushes of
choice, I used tribal/tattoo brushes I have (which I love
because I have a tribal tatt myself). now add
a dropshadow and tube of choice, I used a close up
and then changed the blend mode to soft light right
above my paper fill layer, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.
