This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
Open PDS_ZP-3 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used, WSL_Mask353
now lets open PDS_ZP-frame5 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 92%, rotate left by 6, grab your magic wand and click
inside the frame opening, expand by 9 invert, now open
PDS_ZP-paper6 c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit
delete, leave selected, now open PDS_ZP-hills c/p as a new
layer (below the frame) arrange to your liking, hit delete,
select none.Now open PDS_ZP-palmtree c/p as a new
layer, duplicate and resize by 82%. Mirror and arrange
the two together, open PDS_ZP-print2 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above your mask layer, now lets open
PDS_ZP-swirl3 c/p as a new layer, arrange to below the
palmtrees, and place near the top of the frame, open
PDS_ZP-giraffe c/p as a new layer, resize by 58% mirror
and place near your palmtrees, open PDS_ZP-rhino and
c/p as a new layer, resize by 58% and mirror, arrange
on the right side of your frame, now add a dropshadow
and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
