This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
open JD paper 2 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer add a mask
of choice, I used a mask I have that is called Image 3-1
Now lets open JD element 4 c/p as a new layer and resize by
36% and rotate to the left by 9% Now lets open JD element 5
c/p as a new layer resize by 36% now grab your magic wand
and click inside the frame opening expand by 9 and invert
open JD paper 1 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer below
the top frame, hit delete and select none. Now open JD element 20
c/p as a new layer arrange to right above the mask layer and resize
by 35% Now open JD element 18 c/p as a new layer resize by 24%
Now open JD element 18c c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize
by 24% I rotated both to the left by 9% Now lets open JD element11a
c/p as a new layer, resize by 35% now open JD element 11 c/p
as a new layer and mirror, resize by 35%, I duplicated both flowers
and flipped and mirrored these, arrange to your liking, now open
JD element 17 c/p as a new layer and resize by 30% arrange below
the flower layers, now open JD element 15 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 35% arrange to your liking, when you are happy with your
tag add a dropshadow of choice, Some items have a dropshadow
already and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
