Dreamy Blue

Dreamy Blue

Tube of choice, I used Jennifer L. Nilsson and Karen Middleton
Scrap used Beachhouse by Scrapin' Daisy
Font of choice I used AL Serenade
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.
Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

Open SD-beachhouse-paper023 c/p as a new layer and resize by
60% now apply a mask of choice, I used Miggs mask 1

Now lets open element077 from the kit, c/p as a new layer
and resize by 70% grab your freehand selection tool
and draw around the frame, invert the selection and open
paper024 c/p as a new layer below the frame and then
resize by 60% hit delete and select none. I used hue
and saturation to change the color to match the mask layer
Now open element 60 c/p as a new layer, resize by 45%
place in the bottom right area of the frame, I pasted it
again this time arrange to right above the mask, and resized
it by 50% duplicate and flip and arrange with the other
one you just added, duplicate, flip and then mirror, placing
this behind the one at the bottom right, now open element068
c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% and then rotate to the
right by 9% Now open element 071 and 075 c/p both
and resize them by 50% I placed one below the flower
layer, and the other below the heart layer,I also added
element 069 and resize by 50% and then rotated to the
left by 15% now add a dropshadow and tube of choice,
hide the whitebackground layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

I hope you enjoyed this tut
smiles
