Open your template, duplicate and close the original
go to the background layer and promote to layer,
now go up and increase your canvase size, to 750 x 750
refill the background layer with white, (I like to have a lot
of room to work) and delete the copyright layer,
Now choose a tube you would like to use, We want to use
the colors of the tube on our tag,
Go to the circle layer and select all float and defloat,
(on templates I usually go through this step for each layer
go modify and smooth by about 10) now add a new layer
and fill with a color that complements your tube, now while
it is still selected add a weave, with these settings below

select none and then delete the original layer, now go to your rectangle
layer, select and add the plugin penta dot and cross with these settings
below,

select none, Now go to the LG Rectangle layer, select all and add a
new layer, fill with a color that complements your tube, and deselect
delete the original layer,go to your words layer and change the blend
mode to overlay, Now go to flames layer and select, add a new layer
and flood fill with a color that complements your tube,
now add some noise to your flames, I used DSB bright noise
but you can use the noise filter with PSP, I changed the blend mode
on this layer to softlight,
Select none, now add the word art I supplied changing the color to
match your tube I added noise to the Elias example and Eye candy
glass to both, When you are happy with your tag, hide the white
background layer and merge visible, Now unhide the white background
and add a new layer, flood fill with a color that complements your tube
and add a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask208 now hide the
white background layer again and merge visible, add your copyright
information and save your tag the way that you prefer,
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
I hope you enjoyed this tut
smiles
