Scrap kit of choice, I used SW Artists Series 01 by Pimp'd Designz
Font of choice, I used DJ Fiddlesticks

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open pds12-pp-03 c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used BeckyMask042
duplicate and merge the two mask layers, now
apply Blackwidow Mask ( any good circle mask will work)

Now open pds12-frame-01 c/p as a new layer, rotate
to the left by 90% resize by 85% and rotate again
to the left by 9%, now grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and invert
open pd12-pp-01 c/p as a new layer below the frame
resize by 75% arrange to your liking inside the frame
hit delete, and select none, now open pd12-lights-01
c/p as a new layer right above the paper fill layer
I duplicated and flipped mine and also left what is
outside the frame, now open pd12-star-02 c/p as
a new layer, arrange towards the bottom right of the
frame, open pd12-jar c/p as a new layer, arrange
with the stars, resize by 70%. Open pd12-flower-01
c/p as a new layer, arrange this to right above the
mask layer, and place near the bottom left of the
frame, paste again this time below your jar layer
resize by 65% and have it peeking out a bit. now
open pd12-ribbon-01 c/p as a new layer, bring to
the top and rotate to the right by 9%. now add a
dropshadow and tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open PDS_GF-paper10 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask
of choice, I used AlexandraMask001_CM

Now lets open PDS_GF-frame6 c/p as a new layer, grab your
magic wand and click inside the left frame, expand by 8 and
invert, open PDS_GF-paper3 c/p as a new layer below the
frame, hit delete and select none, now go back to the frame
layer and click inside the right frame, expand by 9 and invert
open PDS_GF-paper12 c/p as a new layer below the frame
arrange to your liking and hit delete, select none, now open
PDS_GF-ribbon8 c/p as a new layer, place along the bottom
of the frame, open PDS_GF-ribbon6 c/p as a new layer,
mirror and arrange with the other ribbon, now open
PDS_GF-scatter2 c/p as a new layer, right above the mask
rotate to the right by 45% and arrange along the bottom
edge of the frame, now open PDS_GF-flower4 c/p as a new
layer,resize by 45% and arrange below the blue ribbon but
above the purple ribbon, open PDS_GF-flower3 c/p as
a new layer, arrange to right above the frame, resize by 80%
place towards the far left, open PDS_GF-foodkiwi c/p as
a new layer, arrange below the blue ribbon, resize by
65% and then rotate right by 45%, Now lets open
PDS_GF-foodapple, c/p as a new layer, place below the
kiwi, mirror and resize by 53%, open PDS_GF-foodcarrot
c/p as a new layer, mirror and rotate left by 9 arrange
below the apple, now open PDS_GF-waterbottle, c/p
as a new layer, resize by 53% place near the right frame
edge, now open PDS_GF-wayourself, c/p as a new layer
resize by 55% place near the top right of the frame, now
open PDS_GF-stopwatch, c/p as a new layer, resize by
55% arrange with your food cluster, open PDS_GF-jumprope
c/p as a new layer, arrange below the water bottle layer
resize by 50%, Now open PDS_GF-heart c/p as a new
layer, arrange right above the water bottle. resize by
36%, now rotate left by 15%. Now lets open
PDS_GF-digiscale, c/p as a new layer, arrange layer
below the water bottle, resize by 35% and then
rotate right by 15%, now add a dropshadow and
tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
and merge visible.

Open xcd-sd-paper13 resize by 19% c/p as a new layer
and apply a mask of choice, I used a mask I have in
my collection that is just a number (0504) I have no idea
who the creator is of this mask, any good smudgy edge
mask will work well

now lets open xcd-sd-blackboard, c/p as a new layer and
resize by 50%, Open xcd-sd-book. c/p as a new layer and
resize by 28% arrange to your liking, open xcd-sd-brushes
c/p as a new layer and resize by 20% arrange with your book
open xcd-sd-coloredpencils, c/p as a new layer and resize by
17% arrange to right above the chalkboard, open xcd-sd-clock
c/p as a new layer, resize by 28% place near the top right
of the chalk board, open xcd-sd-apple c/p as a new layer and
resize by 25% place below the book layer, open xcd-sd-coloredpencil
of choice, c/p as a new layer and resize by 15% and then
rotate to the left by 36% place so it "leans" on the book,
now open xcd-sd-flair1 c/p as a new layer, and resize by
12% rotate left by 36% and lean it on the edge of the book,
open xcd-sd-erasers c/p as a new layer and resize by
15% mirror and place near your book as well, open
xcd-sd-ruler c/p as a new layer, resize by 22%, now open
xcd-sd-pinred c/p as a new layer and resize by 12% now
open xcd-sd-crayonred c/p as a new layer and resize by
12% now open xcd-sd-crayongreen c/p as a new layer and
resize by 12% rotate to the right by 36% lay it on the red
crayon, open xcd-sd-ribbon3 c/p as a new layer arrange
this to right above the mask layer, resize by 30% place
near the bottom left of the tag, now open xcd-sd-ricrac2
c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above the chalkboard
and resize by 30% open xcd-sd-ricrac1 c/p as a new layer
resize by 30% and rotate right by 15%. now you can add
a note on the chalkboard, or your name etc. add a tube of
choice, and a dropshadow of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open sb_pmt_wild-cat_pp3 c/p as a new layer, apply
a mask of choice, I used Becky_Mask021

Now open sb_pmt_wild-cat_print 4 c/p as a new layer,
rotate to the right by 90% paste again and place near
the top right, now open sb_pmt_wild-cat_frame 3 c/p
as a new layer, rotate to the left by 9 grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9
add a new layer, open sb_pmt_wild-cat_pp5 grab the
blue color from this paper and flood fill, select none,
I then added a weave with a little darker color and also
blinds to my layer, now open sb_pmt_wild-cat_sequins
c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above the mask
layer, resize by 65% move up and to the left,
open sb_pmt_wild-cat_swirl 1 c/p as a new layer,
resize by 80% rotate left by 90 place along the left
of the frame, duplicate and rotate to the right by 86
now open sb_pmt_wild-cat_dots c/p as a new layer, resize
by 80% place along the bottom edge of the frame,
now open sb_pmt_wild-cat_flowers 1 c/p as a new
layer, place this right below the frame and fill layer
move towards the top right, paste again bring to
the top, duplicate and flip, place both towards the
bottom left of the frame, open sb_pmt_wild-cat_flowers3
c/p as a new layer, resize by 80%, duplicate, flip and
mirror, resize this one by 75% place together with
the blue flowers peeking out a bit, now open
sb_pmt_wild-cat_tag 2 c/p as a new layer
arrange below ONE of the white flowers, resize
by 55% and rotate left by 24% now add a
dropshadow and tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open pd12-pp-01 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used 173InsatiableDreams mask I resized this by 65%
moved it down and to the left, duplicate, flip and mirror.
merge the two mask layers

Now open pd12-print-01 c/p as a new layer, place
below the mask layer, duplicate, mirror and flip
now open pd12-print-02 c/p as a new layer, arrange
towards the bottom, duplicate and rotate right

by 90%, place near the right of the mask.

Now lets open pd12-frame-02 c/p as a new layer,

move down a bit towards the bottom, using your
magic wand click inside each opening, expand by 5

and invert, open pd12-pp-05 c/p as a new layer

below the frame, hit delete, (leave open to use again)

select none, now open pd12-frame-01 c/p as a new
layer, right above the print layers, grab the magic
wand again and click inside the opening, c/p pd12-pp-05
below the frame, hit delete select none, now
open pd12-ribbon-02 c/p as a new layer, bring
to the top and mirror, rotate left by 18 now open

pd12-button-01 c/p as a new layer place in the center

of the ribbon at the top left of the frame, I resized mine

by 80%, now lets open pd12-kiss-01 c/p as a new layer
resize by 62% rotate to the left by 18, duplicate and
mirror, resize this one by 80%, I duplicated mine
about 3 more times, resizing these down abit more
and scattering them around the edge of the white
frame, now open pd12-butterfly and c/p as a new
layer, resize by 65%, I duplicated mine and resized
this one by about 60%, now add your tube, copyright
and dropshadow of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

resize by 56% and rotate to the left by 6 grab your magic
wand, click inside the frame opening and expand by 9
invert and open xcd-ht-paper6 resize by 19% and c/p
as a new layer below your frame, hit delete and select none,
now open xcd-ht-leatherstring c/p as a new layer and
resize by 50% and arrange to your liking, now open
xcd-ht-cactus2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 36%
now open xcd-ht-barrels c/p as a new layer below the
cactus, resize by 37% now open xcd-ht-dirt c/p as a
new layer, arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by27% now duplicate and mirror, arrange to your
liking, now open xcd-ht-flower8 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 22% mirror and rotate right by 6 open
xcd-ht-flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize by 20%
arrange with your other flower, open xcd-ht-flower1
c/p as a new layer and resize by 20%, now lets open
xcd-ht-rope c/p as a new layer, arrange below your
flower layers and resize by 36%, now lets open
xcd-ht-greenery1 c/p as a new layer, arrange layer
to right above the wire layer, resize by 45% mirror
and rotate to the right by 90%, I duplicated mine
and then rotated this one to the right by 15% arrange
to your liking, now open xcd-ht-greenery5 c/p as a
new layer above the other greenery, mirror and resize
by 45%, again I duplicated mine and rotated to the
right by 90%, now lets open xcd-ht-hat2 c/p as a new
layer resize by 34%, mirror and rotate to the right
by 32, "hang" it on the top right of your frame,
now open xcd-ht-longgun, c/p as a new layer resize
by 42% and rotate left by 108% arrange to your
liking, open xcd-ht-pistol2 c/p as a new layer,
resize by 22% now rotate to the right by 45%
arrange to your liking, now open xcd-ht-saddle
c/p as a new layer, mirror, arrange to right above
the barrels layer and resize by 35%, now open
xcd-ht-badge c/p as a new layer, bring to the
top and resize by 19%, arrange to your liking, now
open xcd-ht-splat1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 35%
arrange this to right above the dirt layers, I duplicated
mine a few times, I then pasted it again this time
right above the mask layer, I duplicated, mirrored
and flipped it, I lightened it a bit as well with gamma
correction tool, now add a dropshadow and tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.
